YX Proxy provides residential and ISP proxy services that allow users to route their internet traffic through our network of IP addresses. Our services include: • Dynamic Residential Proxies • Static ISP Residential Proxies • API access for proxy management • Technical support
3. Account Registration
To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use our services for: • Any illegal activities or purposes • Spamming, phishing, or distributing malware • Attacking or attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems • Violating the rights of others • Any activity that could damage our reputation or infrastructure
5. Payment Terms
• Dynamic Residential Proxy: Charged at ¥?? per GB of traffic • Static ISP Proxy: Charged at ¥?? per IP All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions, delays, or errors.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platform belong to YX Proxy. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
YX Proxy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the past 12 months.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
